Remote site login password is wrong!

Hi there.
I am not sure if anyone from support speaks English but I thought I would try!

I am trying to transfer my flying coins from ChinaFlyer to here but it is not working. I have 51 flying coins there but everytime I try to transfer I get this error:

Remote site login password is wrong!

Even though I use the correct Chinaflyer login and password and at the bottom put in the password for this site. What am I doing wrong?

I figured out the problem for anyone else struggling.

Do not use capital letters in your name from ChinaFlyer. Keep it all lowercase. Passwords are still case sensitive.
