Using alpha-numeeric verification code in password change

1、Cannot change password

2、Hi I am in the United Kingdom and am trying to change my password.  However the password menu asks me to inseert Chinese characters for the verification code.  I cannot input Chinese characters.  Is there anyway the password menu can prompt me with alpha-numeric characters? Hope you can help.  John
