Quick Guide:
1. Software Requirements: Windows 7 or Windows 10, FSX:AC, FSX:SE,P3Dv3 or V4 and SODE program (free download at https://sode.12bpilot.ch (SODE does not work with Windows XP).
2. Hardware Requirements: Any system can run FSX/ P3D can run this scenery perfectly.
3. Install SODE and register it to FSX and P3D or else you will not see the jetway. Please follow the User Guide of SODE.
4. Add scenery to the scenery library of FSX.
Set the priority as:
a. ZBAA_landclass is the lowest priority.
b. ZBAA_AAsceneries is the middle.
c. ZBAA_tunnel is the highest priority.
5. Set your FSX.cfg to TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=2048. Do not use Dx10 preview mode. In P3D, the night is always too bright. You need to edit p3d.cfg. "TONEMAP_NIGHT_EXPOSURE_KEY=0.130000" to the value that suits you. Or simply turn off HDR during the night time.
6. Set your Mesh Resolution to 1 meter for a better tunnel area in the airport.
7. For P3Dv4 users, additional free download for new features will be available later. 8. Now you are done! Enjoy the flight. |
