摸索了一下，分享安装方法：
1.解压后把flytampa文件夹复制到游戏主目录；
2.分别找到KaiTa和Libraries文件夹里的Add-to-P3D.cmd文件编辑修改call "E:\Prepar3D v5\Prepar3D.exe" "%args%"路径为你的游戏主目录路径并保存修改；
3.分别运行两个cmd文件，地景会自动添加；
4.SODE复制到ProgramData文件夹里；
5.完成并运行游戏

How to install this scenery:
1. Extract the folder
2. Copy FlyTampa folder to your P3D main folder, e.g. D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D V5
3. Copy Sode folder to C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\
4. Back to FlyTampa folder, open KaiTak folder and edit Add-to-P3D.cmd with Notepad or Notepad++. Replace "E:\Prepar3D v5\Prepar3D.exe" to your Prepar3D.exe path e.g. D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D V5\. To find your Prepar3D.exe path, right click Prepar3D application on your desktop and open properties the Target box is your Prepar3D.exe path. Save it and run it
5. Open Library folder and do the same thing as step N.4
6. Run the game, if there a notification that says "There Are Multiple Objects", just close it an DONE
