Using alpha-numeeric verification code in password change

1、Cannot change password
2、Hi I am in the United Kingdom and am trying to change my password.However the password menu asks me to inseert Chinese characters for the verification code.I cannot input Chinese characters.Is there anyway the password menu can prompt me with alpha-numeric characters? Hope you can help.John
