Can anyone heolp please?  I am in the United Kingdom and was attemptiong to change my PASSWORD.  However the system asks me to copy type in th everification code which
is in Chinese.  I cannot input Chinese characters.  Is there any way to get an alpha-numeric verification code on the change password menu?
